Attorney John Haugen has spent a lifetime serving the needs of his family, community, and Nation. After graduating from West Point (United States Military Academy) in 1984, John Haugen was commissioned in the U.S. Army and served our Nation for 5 years, earning the rank of Captain before he was honorably discharged in 1989.

Attorney Jeff Hines has over 29 years experience practicing law and approximately 300 jury trials under his belt. He also brings to the table his 8 years as a former Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Dallas County, Texas, in the Trial Division. During that time, he has successfully handled a wide variety of criminal cases on both sides of the docket. As a member of the
Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Jeff Hines was selected for publication in that group’s professional journal Voice for the Defense. The Dallas Bar Association invited him to write an article for its monthly publication Headnotes. He has also been asked to speak at local service clubs on various legal topics.
